Career coaching and counselling isn't just for people looking for a new professional direction. CAREER TRANSITION (OUTPLACEMENT)

We really don't like the word 'outplacement' as it paints a picture of putting someone 'out' of the office which is a really negative idea. Semantics matter, so we encourage you to use the phrase 'career transition' instead.

Providing support when someone is moving on (or being moved on) from your business is an important part of the exit process and it can ease their transition from your workplace. Helping the staff member to manage their mental health, develop practical plans and job search strategies, while utilising the time positively to identify new opportunities can really make all the difference in what is often an awkward situation.
