What information do we collect? 

We collect your name and email address when you submit your request through to us to have your Résumé appraised. We are also granted access to your Résumé when you upload it so information regarding your contact details, work history, education and any other information that may be included in that document will also be available to us for viewing.

What do we use your information for?

Any information that we collect from you may be used in the following ways:

  1. We will use your name and email address to personally reply to your message to us.
  2. We will use any information that you provide to us to deliver the career services that you have ordered from us such as a Résumé, Cover Letter, LinkedIn profile, etc.
  3. In the event that you have ordered job submission services, your contact details and information regarding your qualifications and experience will be used to fill out the application details online, create your account login (if you do not already have one) and submit the application.
  4. Your personal details will be stored in our accounting software to facilitate account management as well as in our Customer Relationships Management software to effectively record your job orders and manage communications.
  5. Your information will be stored securely for our administration records in our cloud-based account to facilitate further interactions if requested or relevant.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, share or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who manage our form software, accounting software, CRM software and Integrapay (if you have elected to pay via a payment plan) so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

The Résumé Health Check Service

The Résumé Health Check service is offered genuinely obligation-free and in good faith. During the course of the Health Check, we will have access to the information that you provide on your Résumé for the purpose of appraising the document. Your information will not be sold, or shared with third parties.

Your contact information will be logged through our administration system in order to generate the job order for your document appraisal. You may be contacted via email for marketing purposes, which you can opt out of at any time. If you wish to have your details deleted from our administrative log at any time, please email us.
